Prime Fax
Prime Software offers a high speed internet broadcast fax service. The broadcast fax job is automatically sent to Prime Software with the submission of the fax template and selected bid vendor database. The template document and vendor database are mail merged so that each fax is unique (customized) to each recipient. Once sent the broadcast job takes less than 30 minutes to complete. A results file is sent back to the sender that shows the completed and the failed faxes, the results are imported into the bid vendor database in Prime Bid.
There is an Initial Account Deposit of $500.00 which is equal to 6,250 fax pages.
Broadcast Fax Costs after the initial deposit is depleted are $.08/Page

Prime Software Vendor Databases
Prime Vendor Data Research produces lists of subcontractors and suppliers for sending invitations to bid. These lists are called on and verified. The lists are gathered from general contractors and researched. Lists are available regionally or by state or by a matching sets of area codes. Researched lists have between 60-75% e-mail addresses. There are currently 75,000 companies in the overall United States vendor database. These vendor databases have been formatted so that they can be used with Prime Bid or Prime Fax software or used independently. Initial Vendor Database Costs – $0.20/Record

Prime Bid Training
Prime Software offers one, two and half day classroom training courses for Prime Bid. The first day is the Introduction to Prime Bid, the second day is Advanced Prime Bid Functions, and a half day for Invitation to Bid/Vendor training. Lectures are followed by practical exercises in the software. These classes can be taken together or separately as is convenient to the participant.
